Friday Otabor is the Director of Northampton tennis facilities. He is in charge of all adult activities, including ladies leagues, men's leagues, ladders, lessons, and court scheduling. Friday is a national collegiate champion and former Nigeria Davis Cup team member.

Josh Lup, BA
Coach Josh's passion for tennis began in high school where he played Varsity tennis at Klein Collins High School. As a junior, he trained with Ken Olivier and had success playing USTA tournaments and went on to play College Tennis at New Mexico Military Institute. He received a tennis scholarship and led his team to a Top 10 national ranking in Junior College. He later transferred to University of Texas at Permian Basin in the Heartland Conference where his team qualified for the conference championships.
Upon graduating from college, with his teaching credentials, Coach Josh became the assistant tennis coach at Cypress Falls High School where he helped the team make the playoffs. After CyFalls, he received the head coaching job at Klein Collins for three years. In his short time there he was able to develop a positive and winning culture and helped take a team that finished to 2nd place in districts.
Coach Josh likes teaching and coaching students that want to improve their games! He works with all level players both adults and juniors.
Parris Watt, USPTA
Coach Parris was born and raised in Charlotte North Carolina. He became interested in tennis as a junior player and competed in tournament play. He moved to California to pursue his tennis career and started playing open tournaments and ITF's in California. He received a ranked of #13 in California men’s open. Parris has taught tennis for 30 years and enjoys helping people get better at the sport. He’s a USPTA certified pro, net generation certified and USTA certified. He has worked with Arthur Ashe tennis programs, Zina Garrison tennis Academy and was a head pro in Tampa Florida. He's an excellent technical coach and currently enjoys teaching people who are serious about getting better at tennis.
Hailing from Santiago Chile Fernando Pavez is a second generation tennis coach with more than 37 years of experience. Fernando has held head pro and director of tennis positions in the facilities he has worked. With a strong emphasis in technique and movement he is able to teach across the different levels and ages from beginners to high performance players.. Fernando offers private lessons, semi private and conducts several drills that can accommodate your level of playing and schedule.
